Where oh where is Gustav going to land?

At least right now Gustav apparently will not land in Mexico... But this hurracaine has already changed its mind a couple of times. They are now considering evacuating New Orleans...However, regardless of where he lands, oil platforms are scattered around the Gulf... Will the price of oil hike-up again?
