Bull´s eye!, Ana María. Yes, the Constitution says that the people can change it at any time, but it also says how that can be done. And yes, Andresito hast´t only proclaimed himself president, he has also proclaimed himselg "the people". But that isn´t the whole thing, by any means. He has said "to hell with their institutions"; that explains why he doesn´t feel obliged to obey the law. But that leads us to dangerous waters. a) Why did he bother promulgating laws, then? b) Does this mean that there are laws that should be obeyed, and laws you don´t have to obey, and only His Republican Majesty knows which is which? c) Worse still, according to him when the "illegitimate" authorities do anything, they are "repressing", but the Coalition people CAN REPRESS, and that not only isn´t bad, its laudable. d) It´s nonsense to sey that they aren´t using violence. What they do is kicking around anybody that doesn´t agree with them, and when the public forces arrive they go crying to the media and say "Mummy, Daddy, these bad people don´t let us beat that bad kid, Fox". In the name of The Republic, they are acting like absolutist despots of the worst description, and when someone tries to do something about it, a lot of people in the media do say "let the kids alone". What position do those "journalists" and "analysts" have in the new López Monarchy? Are they henchmen? Court Clowns?
